Default Transmission woes

Just a heads-up folks. Shifter pulled right out of my brand new 100 mile TKO 600 while on a dyno pull. Major catastrophy! Bought the transmission and kit from American Powertrain. They were absolutely no help in getting resolution. I had to go to Tremec to get results. They were most helpful. Thank you Tremec!
I think my spelling is right!?

The guys at Tremec are some of the best in the business. Top notch customer service, and the technicians go out of their way to make sure every thing is satisfactory.
