I've seen mass air computers on Ebay for anywhere from $200 to $300. Used, no warranty, no guarantee if they even work. People are really proud of these for some reason.

Or I can get a reman from a parts store for $100 or so that has been tested and has a warranty.

Any reason to spend 2 to 3 times as much, or do you think I'm safe going with a reman from Autozone or something? I've seen them from $93 to about $111.

Only difference I could see is OEM vs. stuff built in some Asian sweat shop. Give the cheap one a shot. What have you got to loose if it warrentied?

I'm running the $100 parts store remans, no troubles for 4 yrs now. I'd do it again.

I cant picture 200 bucks for a used computer , unless its a 93 cobra ecu. I sold one of those on ebay for 175. They are kinda hard to come by.

better believe it.......10 years ago I was buying them with ease on craigs list for 75 bucks....dime a dozen.........now it's getting a lot harder to even see them listed so people are charging whatever they can get.
