Default Officially now "only" a foxbody owner.

I sold the 2010 GT today, er, yesterday I guess it is now.

I never really drove it anyways, and my wife just bought a 2008 Vette, so I foresee the 2010 GT getting driven even less! (that Vette is a freakin monster, but that's for a different thread)

So I figured it was time to slim down. Plus, my wife has already told me that she's probably going to want one of those new Lexus RCs in a couple years, and that the Vette would end up being mine, so the 2010 GT had to go.

They paid top dollar for it, IMO, but they were really impressed at all the records, the window sticker, and all the extras I had. Very happy buyer.

They got a nice car.

Best part, my '87 now gets my undivided attention! LOL

So I'm officially a Foxbody guy again, instead of just some goober who has 2 Mustangs!

I don't know if I should be happy for you or not. We currently have 3 mustangs in our stable but I guess I could let one go to acquire the other American automotive legend! Congrats on the Vette.

Thanks!

TPony, are you talking about pics of the '87, or the Vette?

I'll scrape up some pics of the Vette, there's lots of pics of the '87 GT in my build thread:

I've owned 7 Mustangs, a Grand National, a Chevelle, and a few other neat/fun/fast cars, so I hear ya.

Another car guy told me something, I tend to agree. He said:

"Every certified car nut should own a Vette at least once in his life."

I like that, but I'd extend that out to add in a Porsche 911 also, but that's a couple decades away for me! LOL
