OK I've searched on this , but don't want to delete the EGR I just want to take and repair or replace.
Problem is that big nut on the lower side-sprayed with Blaster for 5 days and still doesn't budge.
Any suggestions how to get off,is there a special tool?

Is there anyway to get some heat on it ? Mapp gas works great for this usually.

What is this?? I have a propane torch...

propane usually isnt enough. There should be a red and a yellow bottle available at your local parts house. One of those two will work better for you.

Or bring it to a shop and have them heat it with an oxy/acetylene torch.
