Hello I own a 1994 SVT Cobra it has gold emblems that I believe came stock on it. It even has a gold ford emblem on the back that I cannot find anywhere to buy online. Is this special or is it just normal to get those on it?

One of our salesman/tech support guy's 1998 GT had gold Ford emblems and a gold pony in the grille. They were OEM and difficult to find now, if you want to stay golden pony boy.

Moved to tech. Are the emblems basically the same size and shape as the regular mustang/ford emblems, just in gold?

Yes, they are exactly the same as silver ones would be. But in gold.
