Default Had a few mods done today!

Had my first mods of the year done today! Went from 2.73 gears to 3.73's!! And also put in some sve tubular upper and lower control arms! I didn't drive the car hard but I definitely feel the difference! What's the break in miles for gears? I can't wait to see what the car will really do now! Kinda like Christmas for me lol 👍👍👍

Congrats, that's gotta be a night and day difference. Break-in period ? If it's not making any noise, and setup correctly, your good.

How are you still liking those one piece headlights ? Any pros/cons ?

The shop that did the work has been in business for a long time...they did a great job. No noises or whines coming from the rear end. I thought I read somewhere that gears had a break in period...then again it was on the internet lol definitely a huge difference! Still no complaints with the headlights, the look of them deginitely grew on me too

ford racing when they use to send an instruction packet with the gears (don't send them anymore because to many noobs out there try to install them and haven't a clue and f'up install and clog the tech line with noob questions/installer error BS) BUT i HAVE AN ORIGINAL instruction packet for installation and at the end it claims break in is 3 heat cycles with cool down periods of 6 hrs and check for leaks and any wierd noises....drive normal and after heat cycles if all good let it rip......I also change the fluid again after 3-500 miles

Ok cool sounds good! I'm hoping my car runs in the 13's now. I took it about 4 years ago and it ran a 14.5 and I have done a lot to it since then

You should be well into the 13's with a good tire, and practice. Just remember, that 1st 60 feet is everything to a good ET.

Good luck, and keep us posted.

Right now I'm running on bf Goodrich g force sport comp 2's...255/50 16. They get some pretty good traction. Shouldn't have a problem there
