Default 1995 Mustang GT budget build

I'm building a budget street / strip car. It is a stock 1995 Mustang GT 5.0L with AODE trans. I have a disability that requires me to use hand controls so the auto trans must stay. The car has 200,000 miles. First mod was 4.10 gear set, Eaton traction loc and bearings / seals for the rear end. The car is in the shop getting some suspension work completed. I bought set of Steeda full length subframe connectors with torque box reinforcement plates. Also bought a set of tubular rear control arms from SR Performance and Ford Racing lowering springs. I found a set of Cobra R style wheels on Craigslist in 17x9 and 17x10.5. I have an extra set of 17x10.5 wheels that I can throw some drag radials on. So far no engine mods, but I did buy a Cobra intake off of a 1995 Cobra. I see several sets of Headers and X Pipes available locally on Craigslist cheap. A set of MAC shorty headers off of a 1995 GT and a BBK x pipe off of a 1993 Cobra. Will this x pipe fit? Some brands show 1979-1995 as same part number for mid pipes while other brands show different part number for the 1994-1995 GT. What is the difference? I continue to seek out cheap used parts. I've nicknamed my car the Junkyard Dog.

I'm not sure on the difference, if there are any at all. But the only trouble I see there being is maybe the length, which might mess with the tailpipes / axle interference. If your going to run dumps, then no worries.

Hopefully someone with SN knowledge will chime in here soon.

I always suggest sticking to a single manufacturer for headers and mid pipe.

Do not run fox parts. More often than not, they don't fit

Just by quickly browsing through late model restorations web site and bbk web site, I don't see any bbk x pipes listed for 79-95 mustangs. Only 79-93 mustangs. I hope this helps. On my 1995 mustang I ran bbk shorty headers, bbk h pipe and a set of Mac Pro dumps. The drone was terrible lol.
