This 50th Anniversary GT is sporting a supercharger package from a shop called Boost Works, which pushes the output up to 850 horsepower.

Boost Works website isn't working. What does the 850 ( crank ) hp kit cost ?

Seems to be working now, and it's listed at 800HP, for $7,599.00

Now of course AM has the 2.9 Whipple 750HP kit for $6799.99
which jumps up to $7999.99 for their 800HP kit.

I do find the front feed Whipple design interesting.

Not to Hi-jack the thread, but:
What I find interesting is the front feed 2.9 comes with a " 6 rib drive pulley " as standard equipment.
Whipple does market a " 10 rib drive upgrade kit " for $ 1500.00.
The 2.9 on my 11 & the 3.4 on my 14 came stock with " 10 rib drive pulleys "

Probably to keep price down to make it more attractive to the people just looking at the short term, knowing that if they want to go higher they will pay.
But back to the article, nothing whine like a KB.
