Question on Bama Tuner
I just bought a 15 GT loaded and its a Auto I have sice tinted the windows and added graphics and roush axle back exhaust.
I would really like to to add a tune and cold air intake but I don't want any warranty issues anyone have any advice or horror stories
here is a pic when I brought her home 4 weeks ago its orange but pics come out red

It's "Bama" not "bamma".
And there's no such thing as a Bama tuner. It's an SCT tuner that has a preloaded tune from Bama.
Tuning your car will void your powertrain warranty in most cases. Ford will not be footing a bill for an engine if your car is tuned.

Nice Ride bro.
as far as a CAI you can get some that don't need a tune ( Roush-some JLT's etc)
but the tune is a different story. but some store the stock tune so if you have engine problem you can retune it to stock then bring it to the dealer

It is always a good idea to return to stock if going to the dealer. If you have an engine problem warranty will not cover it if you have re-flashed the controller...with that said you warranty is still in affect on the rest of the car. You might have to push back a bit but ultimately it should not be an issue. Look at my thread on " Testing warranty theory".
