Default Misfiring issues on #7 and have checked everything! Help

Okay, so the other day we drove for about an hour and then stopped at gas station. Killed the car, when we cranked it back up, the check engine light was flashing. so we checked codes with tuner, it said random misfire on 3, 6, 7. We cleared the codes, drive home, during that drive it stayed off until we got close to home, then it came on flashing and then went back off. Next day, changed the plugs. Then it started saying misfire on # 7. We changed cold pack, changed plugs, we have fire, but the plug is wetter than the rest. We have the same compression as rest of cylinders. We here a ticking sound that sounds like an exhaust leak, that sound is coming from driver side headers. Lost, don't know what to check next

If you choose not to go the dealer route.....pick a different cylinder and change out every component one by one until the code follows. Including injector.

Retune the car to stock and take it to the dealer. But just out of curiosity. What did you gap your plugs at. I found that all the plugs were gapped incorrectly from the factory. They are supposed to be .041-.045. All of my plugs were gapped 055 or worse from the factory. The car ran a lot smother once the gap was corrected.
