I would get the brake package....... wheels are 9 inches wide, comes with uniquie ECS tuning. The tires are summer only (theres a hint) and you get the tire mobility kit. But, if performance is not an issue, and you drive in winter, maybe not.

X-plan is 99.6% of invoice + $275 Program Adm Fee for current model cars or $75 for noncurrent. Doc Fee is limited to a max of $75.
The standard brakes on the 2011 GT are last years Track Pack Brakes (Early GT500). So even the standard brakes are not bad. The standard brakes work very well. Look at the stopping numbers on the V6 Performance Pkg Cars. These have the standard GT Brakes.
In my opinion you will only need the Brembos if you "Open Track". It will allow you to run a more streetable pad if you dont like changing at the track. Now the wheels and tires that come with the Brembo pkg is a whole different issue but please dont try to run those tires on cold asphalt.

I want a 2011 gt so bad but 10 payment left on lease. is it worth to the 3.73's i just want a gt pre 400 pack but was thinking the 19's and 373's think i will need brembos with that package and how much could i get that for and will let me out of the lease now?

I just got a 2011 gt premium for with comfort package racing stripe and 19 inch wheels for invoice sticker was 35,790 got the car 31,500 so they are deals out there i was shocked when he told me the price i was at 5 dealers looking and found the best deal
