Factory RPM Limiter: Info Needed!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Initial Info was the factory RPM Limiter would be Soft 6850 RPM and Hard 7000 RPM.
Some Dyno Traces appear to be going to 7000 rpm and others to 6800 rpm.
JPC reports their car is limited at 6800 rpm....
My car appears to only go to roughly 6850 rpm before hitting the Hard Limiter both in gear and out.
This leaves two options as I see it. Either Brembo Package Cars come with a higher 7000 rpm Limiter along with their unique TCS and SCS programming or the cars have a break-in mode that doesnt allow 7000 rpm until so many miles have been reached.
Anyone that has an actual car please weigh in. Im going to see if its possible to use my SCT to Data Log this new Copperhead PCM. It may be since its got the update for the new F150 (Also Copperhead) Loaded.

SCT wont work for datalog of rpm.
Hard Limiter is 7000 rpm. I was only able to get it their by accelerating gently up to 6250 rpm and then "suprising" it with a sudden burst of throttle.
Every time I kept the acceleration rate constant (wheteher 50% Throttle or Full Throttle) it caught it at 6850 rpm.
So whats the trick to get it to go to 7000 rpm like a couple of Dynos have?
