Do we know if this is going to be a stock color? If so, I may wait until the 2012s come out to trade in my 2010

For 2012 the Laguna Seca will be black with red or silver with red and the regular 302 will be blue with white or red with black. Subject to change of course.

I went to the local auto show this morning and took some photos of a silver Boss 302 LS. You can find more photos here. This is my favorite color combination of the four but I want a regular Boss 302 in Kona Blue not the LS. My kids would be pissed if they never got to ride in it. The Sac Auto Show pales in comparison to the L.A. or S.F. shows but they expanded it this year and there were lots of nice cars. No new Aston Martin's though.

I think you will end up paying above sticker, but it shouldn't be anywhere near what the GT500 buyers were paying when they first went on sale.

Okay, my initial post about the weenie 440 crank BHP and weaker torque than the '11 GT might be a bit premature. There are now rumors that you can purchase a tune from Ford; an appropriate and proper performance tune that puts the Boss cams and other Boss mods to proper use to milk out way more power.

https://mustangforums.com/forum/2005...g-trackey.html

Just what power the Boss would have with this rumored tune? No one knows yet.

Here's a bunch of info including spec sheets from Ford's media website.

That car is at the LA Auto show. I saw it last night when I was there. Nice looking. I like my paint better, only because I am not a fan of the white roof. Think they should have done the trunk like I did and left the roof Kona Blue.

Otherwise the car is freakin hot!

They had a Boss 302 on a dyno and they were going to do a run in the show but I was there too late so I would have to head back this morning which I didn't do. I really wanted to hear the engine on that thing!

Nice ride!

440 crank BHP and a reduction of 10 crank ft-lb torque? Kinda of MEH to me.

Now, I want to see what the TracKey tune is will do on the dyno. Moreover, what does ford say the crank BHP and crank torque will be for the TracKey tune?

I'm not a fan of the white roof either and if/when I get my hands on one the first thing I'll do is remove the white roof decal (if it's a decal).

Dang... I wish it wasn't that expensive. Sick car though. I'll probably just spend a few hundred bucks on the raffle, and do alot of praying. Plus, it's for a good cause.
