Default Springs for the 2011 Mustang 5.0

I am looking to lower my 5.0, to give it a more aggressive stance. I am looking at the Eibach Pro Kit Lowering Springs - 2011 Mustang GT or the H&R Sport Lowering Springs or the Steeda Sport Lowering Springs. I would like to get springs that do not require aftermarket shocks or struts. If you guys could help me out, I would appreciate it.

I'm in the same boat as you, FWIW I'm probably going to use the Ford Racing K-Springs, I've yet to determine weather or not I really need a caster / camber plate (another $250 exspense)

With Steeda Sport Springs you do not have to replace the shocks/struts, but you will have a harsher ride when hitting any kind of bumps. I've had mine on for ~2k miles. The cornering is much better, and the stance of the car is awesome. I have opted to purchase Koni Sports (yellows) from Sam Strano because I want the luxury of a factory car but with adjustability for the track or autocross course. If I wasn't going to race the car, I'd probably drive it a while longer and buy the Koni STR.T's for about half the price. I did not have to buy caster/camber plates after my drop. The toe was out, so you will need an alignment, but the car was well within factory specs after the alignment.

Steeda springs will definitely fit your needs.

Here is a another thread with a bunch more pictures of cars with Steeda springs.

Ok I think I am going to go with the Steeda Sport Springs - 05-11. I have heard good reviews on these springs.

I have the Steeda sport springs, Koni STR.T's and the Steeda heavy duty strut mounts on my 2007 GT. This is a great setup for the money. I will be putting the same setup on my 5.0 in the spring.

I run the steeda sport springs on my car, with my d specs. They're a very mild spring, which is what I wanted because I live in Jersey with Jersey sized potholes. I'm very happy with them thus far. And I'm not quite sure how long your factory shocks/struts would last you. I'm not a big fan of putting aftermarket springs on the stock equipment. I run the D-Specs with the '10 upper strut mounts and the setup is unreal. I just ordered a new tire and wheel setup for the car today and can't wait to finally corner with serious rubber.

I just installed the Ford Racing K Springs today, 1.5 inch drop all around, very happy, car took alignment A-Ok without the need for caster / camber plate or adj panhard bar.
Handling is great and looks are of course improved.

Since I can't post attachments yet I'll update my Picasa pics soon.

Here's the way the 5.0 looks with the car looks with an 18x9 (255/54) and 18x10 (295/45), on the Steeda Sport Springs, with the D-Specs. These are horrible cell phone pics, but you get the point.
