Been using Mobil1 and Mobil Extended oil for over 12 years on several cars. Never had any issues with the oil. You asked 10 people and you will get 10 different brands they swear by. I feel as long as you stick to major oil brands, you can't go wrong. Some brands charge more due to advertising to a smaller market. The important things are additives and there are only a handful of additives mfg. So oil guys pretty much buy similar additives. Oh yes, Lubrizol is the biggest additives company and they pretty have the whole market.
