Took my 2011 GT/CS to the dyno...

In reference to three pages ago before all the bantering that's been well beaten into a dead horse over the years of the intarwebs, I grew up in southern MD. Lusby first then a little farther north to the Prince Frederick area. Anyhow, I'm pleased with my 13.1 bone stock run considering I haven't been down the track in years and never launched my car before that night.

I love them. They have just enough tone for everyday driving to sound awesome and they have no drone at all. But when you hit the gas hard, they really yell! Best axle back I have ever had.

A Dyno is just a tuning tool. That's why the rest of the world refers to it as the rolling road. The numbers are merely there for reference when making adjustments. Yes I'm aware that people like seeing the power on a piece of paper (I'm guilty of it too) but I wouldn't worry too much about what it should have put down. Every car that comes off the lot runs faster/slower than the last. Maybe he just got a good one
Recently I got a bad one due to my right rear axle being defective/bent from the factory... sucks but it's life. Sweet car and did you notice a difference when installing just the intake?

it should be looked at as baseline vs what mods you do.

Very well put and was the only reason I had it done, not to brag or be ridiculed for my numbers. Strictly a baseline on my stock car, so I can see what differences the mods make.
