My all time favorite besides the magnaflow and o/r x is this. Borla atak with o/r x but $900 for mufflers is just stupid if you ask me

I ended up buying the pypes, pype bomb axle backs for now. I'll probably change to something else in the future, but to get myself out of the stock sound in the mean time I went with something cheap.

LOL thats the only reason I went with the roush's, but I ended up loving them. I am going to get my resonators cut out sometime next week and I will post up a vid of how it sounds so you can see. If its not loud enough I will try an o/r x pipe

Well reading all of this has been quite helpful. Rather than just order a bunch of stuff just the roush axle backs should be arriving this week. I have a change of duty station so ill be driving from Va. to Kansas in about two weeks, so if the drone is at all bad, you'll know about it.

boy do i love this car

i just heard flow masters on a 5.0 here in hawaii, only seen two and their exhaust sounds like a beat up honda with a fart can on. HORRIBLE! high pitched and rice(sounding) to the max. i want Borla really bad... magna flow is swaying me but for the money its just ridiculous! can't find a nice deep tone with no drone and noticeably louder than stock at idle and at WOT for a decent price.

Buy the Roush and you will be happy. They are the muffler you describe.

Hey Alan. You have any exhaust videos? I've heard them in person under normal operation and they sound great. But I've never heard them when you gas it up... Just curious.

Kevin, I don't have any videos but they are attention getting under WOT. Maybe we can get some video on Pro-Dyno day.

Just installed my Roush Axle-Backs and boy are those things mean. Nice deep sound, i can't stop driving the thing. If you can't find a car with those, check a dealer that has roush cars and ask them to start one up. Some of the stage 2's and the stage 3's have them
