The spin us all controlled by the right foot.........learn how the traction control changes things plus practice before playing around.

A lot of it is tires also, the P-Zero summer only performance tire is very hard to get sideways.

No...the car is extremely manageable so long as you’re not an idiot. BTW the car gets stronger and stronger throughout the break in.

I think most of it is your throttle control (if you WANT to go sideways, YOU WILL!) + traction + gearing.

I have 1100 miles on my 6mt 3.31 GT and while I can break them loose from a roll at any rpm in first, its a bit harder in second (unless im 5k+).

I think 3.73 cars can bust them loose from a 10mph roll in second (ie...just off idle!)

I havent driven one yet so I was curious. Im glad to hear there is refinement. I want the brembo package so I get the factory sticky tires.

Traction is definitely related to your right foot, no doubt about that! If I punch it and just stay in it, it'll spin and spin. Its all about knowing the limits of the tires and at what point this car wants to get wild. Speaking of tires, I can't wait till I can swap out the stock wheels and tires for some nice fat 18x9s in front and 18x10s in back. That will help with any heavy right foot lol

Try going from a 98 Sebring to a 12 GT. That was a blast for me.

I got my 2012 gt vert a month ago. Only drove it home never punched it. Waiting for the snow to melt here in the great white north. Maybe a week or so I will get a chance to let it go. Not sure what to exspect??????
