I want to maximize my performance without breaking the bank. Any quick fix suggestions to amp up my torque? And also I would appreciate opinions on a tuner, I'm new to car modifications do I need all of the guidance available! Thanks!

Richard everyone has a different opinion or experience when it comes to tuners, etc. I went with the JLT CAI and Bama Tuner. Have had 0 issues and was blown away by the improvements. Only reason I chose JLT was for the price. I even went with the plain old plastic model. How many people are actually going to ever see it? Then again, if it bothers you buy the Carbon version. Pretty much comes down to what you like and what you want to spend! The tuner and CAI would be my first mod! Exhaust a close second just for the sound! Just my .02!

I'd recommend checking out Steeda's CAI and tune. Very reliable and I've heard of no issues with blown motors from their tunes.

I'm thinking a large scale combo once I get the money.. JLT CAI, bama tuner, boss intake manifold, borla axleback exhaust, 3.73 gears. After that, I don't think there's much else to do as far as performance goes and keeping it in reasonable daily driving condition

Get an x-pipe to offeset some of your intake torque loss..If I remember you had another post in a different section and mentioned torque was important to you..one piece aluminum drive shaft would help to get more of it to the ground as well..good luck sounds like a good build..

@SSKILLER5.0 thanks, yeah that was me. I'm just not sure I want to put that much $ in a car with the exhaust being brand new. I can justify swapping out mufflers at this point just not sure about a whole exhaust system that will more than likely be required by local garages to install an x pipe. thanks though, if i put all this money in a sure hope its a good build!
