typical response from the dealer
I took my 2012 GT to the dealer this weekend for a pop or "clunck", when
I would turn the car preferribly to the left. Which, was also noticeable
when slowing down or braking. The service advisor seemed to know right
off what I was talking about. She said there was a TSB out for that.
Researching that later when I got home -- I assume she was talking about
the tie rods possibly.
Well, today I get the call the technican drove the car and could not hear
the sound. Of course not. So, now I have to drive down to the dealer with
a technican to hopefully hear the noise before I make it home 30 miles away.
Anybody, else experienced this problem with the steering or suspension?

Definitely sounds like the LCA issue covered by a TSB. I would print it out and take it in to them, if they refuse to perform the service, pick up the phone and call Ford customer service right in front of them.

Yea I had the same problem..lower control arm. I had to really push the issue because they magically couldn't hear it. It was something about them putting the wrong arms or bushings in some of the cars. I did what Napoleon said I printed it out and took it..had they not listened my next move would have been to lick it and stick it to someones forehead so they could get a closer look..
