Steeda 2013 Mustang GT - CAI & Tune Dyno Results & Pics
With the 2013 Mustang rated at 8 more horsepower from the factory it baselined slightly higher than other cars we have done. Thanks to the higher baseline numbers the spread from stock to cold air and tune is a little less but still very good and worth the investment. Maybe with exhaust work you may see a little more than previous cars but even then we think the 2013’s will remain comparable to the 2011-12’s in their final numbers as was the case here.
Peak to peak gains achieved are 33 horsepower, with max point to point gains of 36 horsepower. Torque gains peak to peak were 24 ft/lbs with point to point gains of as much as 32ft/lbs.
Final numbers are 405.72 horsepower and 384.02 ft/lbs of torque.

Interesting. I just did 389 hp on a dyno jet 2x in a row..was a little suprized. My car is stock. Now I'm wondering what a CAI and tune will give me..would love to get past 400 bhp..and it sounds like that would be easy to do with my car.

Yes, there numbers are on a 2013 with 93 octane fuel on an otherwise stock car down to the exhaust. Only modifications were the cold air and tune.

You're already way past 400bhp. I think you mean 400whp.

Wow that sounds really appealing! I am now looking into steeda CAI and tune lol. I jus twant to break 400 to the pavement but i will have to use 91 octane. Thanks!

Way to go GUS!!! When can I get my hands on that beast to get her into the 11's just as she sits?
All I know is a Steeda CAI, and Tune on our 2011 with some Nitto DR's got us into the 11's with ease.
Best tune on the market period!
