Need help,

Went to load a new tune and tried to return it to stock and when it gets to the unlocking ECU it just freezes. On the first try it acted as normal but then said that stock file failed to load. After that I tried again and now won’t get passed the unlocking ECU screen. Anyone have this problem? Called SCT no one there, called American muscle (who I got it from) no one there……..
P.S. I did the firmware update and was able to load the tune back before all of this happened, try the battery discontent, nothing….
I did a search and see that this is not just me, this is not OK. Please let me know if you have any input that would be helpful thanks.

Update: called Bama, they told me to call SCT, o by the way they are not open until Monday. Now i am renting a car

I had similar problems when I updated my tuner. Froze during installation. Thankfully I had returned the car to stock. I was stuck at my mothers house for the night until SCT opened, where they remotely logged into my computer and fixed my tuner.

I saved the stock file on my laptop and I hear that was a good move, glad to hear they fixed yours

Okay boss. Check out my thread from August. It is called 2013 gt won't start. Precisely the same issue you are having and it should help get you on track. Let me know if you need anything else.
