Trying to decide if I wanna keep my Boss 302 side exhaust. Looking for something quieter, but not as quiet as my current GT500 axlebacks. DO NOT want drone. Has anyone compared the two?

Borla S by far, that kit has no drone and sounds amazing! You could just run the axlebacks and be fine.

I have the S axle backs..they're loud when stomped on but idling and highway cruising, they're not obnoxious loud and never any drone. Definitely louder than stock on cold start up, sounds amazing.

How, i just ordered by side exhaust for the quadrophonic experience...
Do you find them just too loud to tolerate? I didn't think there would be any drone with them...do you have the restrictor plate in or removed for wide open flow?

Once i have the boss sides, it'll hook up to my borla s axle backs...

The boss sides are not too loud for DD. It was fine. I just didnt want people hearing me when I stomp on it so much, and I liked the clean sound of just two tail pipes as opposed to a bunch of sound like a race car. The side pipes do sound amazing from the drivers seat.
