Dang... these are some pricey mufflers... Looks like you should be able to trim the rear valence to accommodate the larger tailpipes... I would recommend contacting LateModelRestoration since they sell them and they tend to be very helpful...

They only sell the valance for the 2013-2014 shelby and it only fits the 2013-2014 GT not the 2011-2012 GT.
I can try to trim it possibly with a dremel but I don't think is going to look professional.
This is what I'd try... But think it through on how... Worst case is that you can buy a new rear valance here or here. I would create a template that you could use on each side, flipping it as if in a mirror. Maybe use something durable as the template and I think it will look good.
For a completely bolt on application you have to buy the tail lights, rear bumper cover, and rear valance to switch it out. Everything else bolts on, just gotta match the paint color.
