I've seen that it only takes about 5 minutes to remove the baffles. Is a tune recommended or required for this?

No you dont need a tune to remove them. Just unbolt the sidepipes at the rocker and at the h-pipe and slip the baffles off the studs. When you put the pipes back on be sure they dont touch the pinchweld or the rattle from them will drive you nuts.

The baffles have about a 5/16" hole in them vs a 1.5" pipe. youll notice a big difference.

You live in Georgia, where they are, and if you go to mgw and buy the shifter from them they will install it for you for free, so long as they are not really busy...

Agreed MGW are the BEST!!! GO with the Stainless Works exhaust! Best sounding exhaust hands down
