Default getting a 2012 5.0 what mods to do ?

Ok so im am purchasing a 2012 Mustang GT 5.0. I will have about 7k extra spend on mods on the car. what route should I go?

1. on3 performance TT kit

2. Bolt-ons, nitrous (already have nitrous kit from previous car)

3. Roush Phase 1 or Phase 2 kit.

This is a daily driver so don't want ridiculous power just around 550ish WHP

Roush phase 2. It's safe, compared to NOS, and will be more driveable than the TT. Also, Roush warranties all their equipment which is nice to have that peace of mind when putting down that kind of power.

Make sure you save a little extra $$ for suspension work. With that much power you will most certainly want to make some changes.

Hellion Twin Turbo's would be more of a benefit for a Daily. Gas mileage will stay the same until you hammer the throttle. You're looking at about an 8.5k kit with the Hellions though but worth it.

What UPR said, or save up for a livernoise shortblock so you can s/c or tt it and not worry about the internals.

First mod would be to pull the plug on the 'skip shift' solenoid...

if you're just looking for mid 500's for under 7k and want absolutely no cutting or trimming done on the car whatsoever we offer the Magnuson TVS which is a breeze to install and makes decent power/tq on low boost and drives reliably. Twins are too much for stock motor and have drivability issues and on such low boost a centri (procharger/vortech) isn't going to really make the torque this will in the seat of the pants feel...Roush and FRPP Kits require grinding on the timing cover if that's not an issue then we also do the FRPP but always give customers the heads up on what their getting. hope some of this info helped!
