Totally unhappy with this company. Sent me a tuner with no custom files, but a sheet that says what the files are. The diablo tuner itself will not update, and it has nothing on it.

Did you call them immediately? Did you check your email for any tunes? They are very quick to respond and will fix the issue right on the spot. Most likely will email them to you within a few minutes. Call them!

I called yesterday for a tune tweak and they had it revised, emailed the new tune to me, and I had it loaded in my car within 45 minutes of calling.

they said call diablo, so I black listed them. And with the JLT intake they said well it doesnt get any water in on our cars call JLT. Which is fine reputable business can take my money. NEVER will I ever deal with American muscle again. Ive already spoken to all my friends at Ford, and svt.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing. This is an extremely uncommon issue but we have seen it in the past. If you have a Tune Sheet than we absolutely wrote your tunes, it sounds like the device just didn't take the upload! Like I said this is extremely rare and we can get you taken care of right away.

Shoot me a PM with your order number included. We will most likely just have to send you new tunes so that you can load them to the device. If this doesn't work and the device has become defective, we'll get you a replacement sent out right away! The Bama rep was just following our procedures on this process, please understand that.

However, I'll make sure we bend the "policy" a bit for you. So please shoot me a PM and I'll have our Bama tuning specialist Manager give you a call right away to make sure you're squared away and compensated correctly!

We'd hate to loose you as a customer over an issue like this. We thought for sure the tunes would take to the tuner, for some odd reason they did not. Let me know what I need to do to make this right! We'll always bend over backwards to make sure all of our customers are in good hands and have a great experience.

I called Diablo tried updating my tuner 5 times, keeps coming up does not respond, tried updating it on 3 differnt computers. And keeps coming up an error occured unplug your intune and try again. Dan Ill shoot you a PM but
this isnt impressive.

Sounds more like an issue with the diablosport tuner itself than anything to me

most certainly looks like the deivce itself is defective, the bama rep told me that i had erased my tune files when i tried to do the update. The Diablo rep said the bama guy was crazy and that the custom tunes would be in there along with the diablo canned tunes, the device would go all the way up to the point where it says Updating diablo intune do not turn off the device will reset itself this may take several minutes, then it would crash and say diablo intune not responding.

Sounds like a tuner issue, could be for any possible reason. My SF3 dumped tunes before and stopped working...for no reason. Called Brenspeed (was running their tunes) and they said what Bama told you. Had to send it in to SCT. Got it back, reloaded tunes...GTG. Lost stock tune but oh well.
Just be patient and work with AM, try to see if they'll send you a fresh loaded tuner...you might have to wait...but seriously, you still have a 420+hp car in the meantime!
How on earth did you get water in a JLT intake!?

i never installed it my 2013 hood vents drain water right over the air box like a faucet. I don't want to be without my car, so I may not tune at all. The car still roasts the tires in first if you stall to 1500 and chirps into 2nd. My only mods are kn drop in filter,jlt oil seperators and soon to have gt 500 axleback exhaust. I may just go for the GT 500 control arms and a shelby 1 piece aluminum driveshaft, and call it a day.
