If you don't have any leaks there is nothing for you to inhale. You may smell gasoline with the windows down at stop lights, however. To me it just smells like the sort of cars I drove as a kid before every car had cats.

My cats are gutted... no smell or fumes inside the car, but it is noticeable around the car. My wife who is sensitive to it notices it easily.

How did you gut the cats? I'm assuming you would still need to have a tuner to shut off the rear o2's?
