Hmm... interesting. I'd never heard of that before, and even searching for it took a bit of work to find any information on it. I don't think I'd ever seen that mentioned. Learn something new every day! Then yeah, Bama should be able to hook you up with that on your tune.

Cat Over Temp protection. The computer basically will dump fuel to cool the cats which are no longer present. Hence the need for a tune and one of the causes of the early engine failures that doesn't get talked about.

News to me. I have an off road X and BAMA said the only difference when they sent a revised tune was that the rear O2 sensors are turned off.

Can we get one of the BAMA guys to chime in on this?

OP: I chose Stainless Works for my off road X because if I decide to go with SW long tubes in the future I can just remove the lead pipes and the LT's will mate up with the X because they are meant to be used as a package. Something to consider.

Thank you for the recommendation, however I will be getting an H-pipe because I don't like the raspier sound the X-pipe makes.

Well that's Bama for you. Either they're sending you half azz tunes or giving you the wrong information. But honestly I'm sure they turned it off in the tune.
