Does anyone have any experience on this kit?

With intake, dyno tune, and headers with GT500 mufflers, what would be a realistic power goal?

its a decent kit goes on much easier than other tvs units do since nothing has to be cut or grinded down. If you're looking to stay at stock boost levels you're fine i wouldnt' suggest it if you plan on making huge numbers down the road (or any tvs unit for that matter)
with everything you mentioned any kit with those supporting mods is going to take you right to the edge of what a stock motor is going to handle quite easily. i usually suggest not going over 600rwhp on the stock engine if you plan on really driving it hard often.

They had a 5.0 with a magnuson unit on it at mustang week last year, it was +600 hp at the rear wheels. They are not a power maker due to the intake design though, as compared to similar displacement blowers. The front mounted intake size is inhibited by the location of the drive pulley.

yes, you're right but if op has no intentions of building the motor and chasing a higher hp # in the long run it's a great option. If you're looking to make huge power the paxton is the most cost effective and easily pumped up kit. And once you get over 700hp that tq down low doesn't matter anymore anyways but your iats willl so i'd say anything over 700 go paxton. If under that the magnuson/roush or whipple is fine. best option would be a hellion TT or the procharger i-1 but their both expensive.

Well, this ended up getting resolved. Bought a GT w/ a Magnusson. All done at LaMotta... looking forward to getting it back there to dyno it in some colder weather to see what it puts down!
