4.10 gears for 05-09 fit 2011?

I was going to sell the 4.10 gears i had for a 07 gt and install and bearing kit with lok rebuild kit, but i saw in AM that you just have to buy they 8.8 pinion bearing and it will fit my 11 GT.

Is this true?

Not true. The old pinion bearing actually works just fine despite a change with the newer 8.8's.

Does what fit? All 8.8 gear sets are the same, doesn't matter what year they're being installed in.
