If your looking at suspension look elsewhere, the changes on the Boss are unremarkable. Here's a Link to help show details. look at the spring/swaybar area.
Comparing a Boss to a GT, the main differences are slightly stiffer springs adjustable shocks/struts and a 1mm larger rear swaybar.
You can pretty much pick almost any aftermarket spring set combined with a set of quality shocks/struts and be better then a Boss without changing anything else.
There are several companies selling Adj. Swaybar packages also.
As far as engine power a CAI and Tuner should be enough to equal the power of a Boss
