Default Anyone go back to stock tune after a while?

I have been running the BAMA 91P tune for the last 5000 miles and put it back to stock this weekend. I feel like I lost 40 ft lbs...LOL Its actually not that bad but I forgot how easy it is to bounce off the stock rev limit in 1st gear. Not sure how long I will run her this way, it just feels more "fun" running the 91p. On the upside I did average almost 4 more miles per gallon with the stock tune.

I swear I haven't taken my Bullitt or Truck (SCT Canned) off the 93 Tune since I've tuned them. It's just not fun. You'll set up back, try to merge onto a 4 lane highway look down and go "What's going on!?" I'm hearing you on the MPG's though. In some instances we've actually seen Bama customer improve their fuel consumption but at the end of the day you're riding around knowing that you're tuned and you're going to want to romp on it occasionally. When you swap back over give it 50 miles going slow and see what you come back with. You just might be surprised!

Happy to hear that you're enjoying your tunes as much as we are!

Default Ford Pro Cal

The Ford Pro-Cal for street use is bang on. I have an aftermarket VMP tune which is great and you can tell it pulls where the ford tune falls off.

With the ford tune over stock, it dropped my average 0-60 time from 4.7 to an overall average of 4.2 More importantly I get an extra 80kms per tank of fuel. I also switched from 91 to 93 octane in the process though.

1500-3000rpm with the ford tune is fabulous. This is where I am mostly in the rpm range daily driving anyways.

If I was to make a budget combo kit, it would be the Ford ProCal, and a passenger side oil seperator.
Your get an air filter to replace your dirty paper one. You can return your procal for a 75 rebate after you install the tune(I would keep it though).

Most bang for your buck in my opinion.

I take mine back to stock, too. Mind's a daily driver mostly, so I like the increase in mpg's, but I do notice a difference. IMO, the tune I got surprised me because I get better highway mpg and worse city mpg than with the stock tune. Went from 24 city, 23 hwy to 21 city and 26 hwy.
