Default Does bigger TB need bigger MAF?

I'm putting on an 85mm throttle body. Do I need to get an 85mm MAF, too? Just wondering, because I've seen them for sale. Also, will I need to update my bama tune? Thanks

The bigger question about the bigger throttle body is why? Unless you are going for a screaming NA build with a CJ manifold and built long block, you aren't really gaining anything from a bigger TB.

you WILL need a tune and that will adjust your MAFS
if you get the throttle body, make sure to email bama and get a new tune BEFORE starting the car up! otherwise your car won't adjust how much fuel it needs for the larger inlet.

Unless your planning on doing some type of forced induction or are considering a cobra jet intake, i wouldn't spend the money on a throttle body. The gains that come with a Throttle body are supported by other mods such as a blower or an intake manifold and headers!
