Knock sensors on my Bama Tuned 2014 GT
I have been fighting this issue for weeks I have checked to make sure I don't have false knock exhaust is tight and away from any metal. I have done several datalogs and im getting knock at WOT between 4800 and 7,000 rpm I have been back and forth with Bama im only getting 24.5 degrees of timing running their 93 octane tune my current mods are JLT cold air intake and Kooks Headers, Off road X pipe and Kooks Axleback. 3.73 gear manual trans. Is anyone from Bama on here that can help me out im no tuner but 24.5 degrees spark seems that that is almost factory spark lamda is around .82 -84 on all of my WOT runs. I attached the datalog for reference.

it's really light, I wish I could see this graphically because I'd like to see how it steps down to be sure the knock is false. Have you tried different gas or station, or some octane boost and see if it changes the results?

Ok, I got it up on livelink. It does look like false knock. Go over the car for anything making any kind of unusual noise, especially the exhaust. Go all the way back to the muffler tips and look for anything hitting anything. Really heave that **** around. Try different gas and/or octane boost first though.

I looked the whole exhaust over its not rubbing if I move it I don't hear a single rattle I've checked heat shields and everything I did adjust my pipe going from header to X pipe on drive side it was close to cross member but didn't appear to be rubbing but I gave it some more clearance I will datalog again tomorrow to see if the knock is gone. How can you tell its false knock? I did but 100 octane gas I will wait to see if this fixes the issue first Ibegote I add the race gas

It's random, not directly related to load and it steps back down immediately. Real preignition isn't that quick to recover. Trust me, I've chase plenty of this on my old car, which was boosted. Even a boost tube tapping on plastic can set off the hyper-schizo knock sensors on these cars.
