OK, bought a new Valve from RockAuto and replaced, cleared code and it solved it. Thanks all for your help.

PS: I bought the Made in China part (Dorman) for 23 bucks. The o-ring was junk (used original o ring), and the electrical prongs needed to be bent to allow the weatherpak to connect and snap closed.

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up on the Dorman part. Some of their stuff is good quality, some not so much.
