Let your car idle with the cap off of the intercooler reservoir for about ten minutes. When I do it, I squeeze the heater hoses that run in/out of the reservoir and heat exchanger. That helps to get the air forced out and water moving in to the lines. The pumps get noisy when they are only pushing air. Once you work the air out add some Lucas Oils Water Wetter and close it up. You can test drive and check it again if needed.
