For those interested in the longevity of the X-Charger on the Mustang 4.0 V6 I now have over 45,000 miles on mine and this includes plenty of hard driving, open track days and some autocross. This is the HiPo kit with 93 octane performance + tune and 3" pulley most of the time. I experimented with the 2.8 pulley and found I needed more exhaust and probably Wet-X or intercooler to see any real benefits from it. I have not tried the 2.8 pulley since installing the FRPP dual exhaust.
