The Cali kit uses a GT airbox. The HiPo kit use a CAI with K&N filter and larger diameter MAF housing. HiPo has a different tune than Cali.
I don't think you'll be getting 350 rwhp though. More like just under 300/300 for HiPo with a 2.8 pulley. For those numbers you need to go intercooled turbo or something.
Steigemier said he could port and blueprint the blower for +20 hp. Meth/water injection can get you some more. X-intercooler too, when it becomes available.
X-charger kit is very complete, and it's an easy install.
