I just bought a 93 I4 auto (at auction) when I drove it the first time it was obvious it had a few problems when I hit the brakes the pedal bounced badly and the car did as well I had front rotors and pads installed. I went to pick it up and it rides terrible when the right front hits a bump your teeth jar. When I push down on the right front, Well you can't push down on the right front It's all the way down I've been told that it needs struts. My finances dictate that this has got to be the correct move. I'm going to replace the struts myself QUESTION, Is it straight up and simple to do, or do I have to compress the springs or anything??
