i forgot to mention the gt40p's aren't drilled for smog either so i don't know if thats going to affect you or not. the e-303 cam is about the best emissions cam that you can get. i used the lunati 51014 cam cause i thought it was the best for these heads. don't forget valve springs, if i remember correctly the explorer revs to like 5200rpm. aftermarket valve springs will make sure its ok to rev that thing to 6200rpm. if you use the same cam i did with springs expect around 250-270rwhp with the correct tune.
