I would also like to see pictures, but that's a damn good price for a good looking mod IMHO

I am also up for buying a set and pictures would be great too. Also, what if we can send in more than one set of lights would we get a bigger discount? The reason I ask is because I bought an extra set of OEM lights off Ebay (Great condition) and was planning on taking them apart and having a body shop paint them and I would put them back together, and sell my old pair. But if you guys are going to offer this I have no reason for either set.

I'd be interested. Let me know when you are ready to do this.

I would do it. I have been wanting this mod for awhile but didn't want to go to the effort of doing it myself or paying big bucks to have someone do it. I feel your price is fair.

I bought a set a while ago off ebay and the quality was marginal. Some will like the mod some won't (as I didn't). The problem I had was the tinted lens made the color look off. The other issue I had was the gaps left by the OEM bucket that can be a distraction. I had removed them and installed a set with chrome buckets and still didn't like the look and then went back to black and left them there and sold the car to a good friend who was glad to see I went back to the black OEM light.

Again, I'm not making any negative comments concerning those who want the mod. I'm just sharing my experience. I have seen a few examples and would consider the mod again if the lexan lens was removed and a sealed beam bulb used in place of the open reflector. The other issue would be the gaps that are very apparent and noticable when the bucket is painted and reinstalled.

I uploaded 2 pics for those who want to see what I was talking abbout. I even drove around for a few days with one black eye and one white just to see what it would look like compared to the stock look. And yes, I did get a few comments about having a black eye. LOL.

Are these reproductions as well?

HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 05/08 MUSTANG ORIG. $114.95

HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 05/08 MUSTANG ORIG. $114.95

How do you control quality on the plastic lenes.
The headlights you send me might be 3 years old and more scratched
then the 6 month old pair I return to you for core charge.
How does that work?

I'd rather see someone make something aftermarket, like the CDC car (with better fit). Many of us have begged for that, and no one in the aftermarket seems to care, including CDC.

But more power to you. It's always nice to have options.
