First, what's already done to the car? Second, out of your options, you really have to decide what you want to do for yourself. My personal opinion, if I was thinking about nitrous, it would be a throw up between nitrous and cams. If I was going FI, I'd do cams later that would suit my application. Between a turbo and a blower, I would go blower. You get more power out of a turbo, but you'll spend quite a bit less on a blower setup, and with the power you can get out of a good engine/blower combo, unless you're looking for low 9's or better I don't see the point of spending the money on a turbo setup. But if I were in your spot, I'd probably start out thinking about as PI swap, gears, and a tune to start.
