Thanks for finding that thread. I called the dealership back and he said they checked the e-brake cable and everything looked ok. His comment to the tsb was that it wasn't for the '07 because Ford obviously made a production change to fix that problem.

I guess I'll do what the other owner(s) did and if it happens again, stop the car and call roadside assistance and have them tow it in. He left it up to me if I wanted to leave it overnight tonight and we are supposed to get some freezing rain/snow so I might drive it there in the crap and leave it there for them overnight if it's not too bad. We'll see.......
