yep youll need a front sump oil pan, 351w swap headers, hedman makes a decent set for the money, now the mounts! yes the mounts can and will interchange but, you want to use a specific mount for the 351w swap and the reason for it is because the windsor engine is wider and may (it did for us anyway) cause header to shock tower interference, we got mounts that were slightly higher, it lifted the motor up just enough for the headers to clear but its still very very close! any mustang vendor will know what your talking about when you ask for em. its a very rewarding swap and worth all the headaches. and with a performer intake and a drop base air cleaner it all fits under the stock hood,
