Stay away from both. They both have quality control issues. DSS will take care of their screw ups, but its just not worth the hastle, and from what I've heard the screw ups are many. CHP won't cover a problem if they think you are racing the car at all. Go with a Ford R block. From what I understand Livernois assembles the FRPP crate engines and have a good reputation.
