Unfortunatley there are alot of cocky SRT owners out there. Understandable though, they are priced in a range that high school kids can afford. I have an SRT (im 34) and its alot of fun. Mine is Stage 2 (cant afford stage 3 yet) and runs 12:80 on drag radials and 100 octane gas. A stage 3 car with a good driver will go low 12's (personally seen a 12:40 run at Byron) and have heard of some stage 3 cars dipping in the 11's. If you can get past the fact that its a Neon, you have to admit thats pretty impressive for a front wheel drive 4 cylinder car with a kit that you buy right from your local Dodge dealership! And thats another thing in itself, its a Dodge ....
Didn't you know this is a mustang site? And, we don't have to admit anything is impressive unless it is a mustang. Dodge man? Come on....show a little support to the blue oval.
I think that there is enough support for the blue oval in the video located at the top of this thread.

and yes, it works again.

I have an 01 Auto GT with only flowmasters. I raced an srt-4 the other day and it was neck and neck the whole way. My brother is big into the local car scene and knows pretty much everyone and everyone pretty much knows him around here so I decide to call him after the race to find out about the srt-4 I just raced. Turns out it had a few basic bolt ons. How did he not pull on me? Like I said it was neck and neck the whole way and no one won.

Really funny video Just like some of you have mentionned, there are many srt-4 cocky owners. Although, I'd like to add there are lots of Mustang and Camaros cocky owners as well Seems like there's a response to the Omg-My-Civic-Owns-U fashion with other youngsters that buy either SRT-4 or Muscle cars hehe. One of these guy I know got an SRT-4 and raced a 2001 Mustang Bullitt. Both of them were cocky guys so it was pretty fun to look at them going. The Bullitt won the launch and the SRT-4, by the end of 1st gear, was getting back some distance. Funny fact, both of them missed their 2nd gear HARD and the Bullitt got maybe a car lenght then dropped the pedal (You see the kind of attitude lol) then the guy in the SRT-4, which I was in, didn't release throttle. He then claimed he whooped the Bullitt to everyone he knew afterward... omg :P

That was a side-note Although I'm a die-hard mustang lover, I can claim without being shy that the SRT-4 is a fast car, but surely not the car I want on my parking lot

Hrm... Well if they had bothered to play ALL of that particular video, you would have seen the SRT4 come back to actually beat the van by time and trap speed. Secondly, that van is built to hell and back and will run low 14s and even high 13s. Which, I'm sorry to say for your ego, is even good competition to your Mustang thar.
