As moose stated it does and its the inherent design of the stock TB that limits the boost on the Whipple when you get past about 16psi. Upgrade the TB and the CAI. I thought he had the black diamond monoblade though with that setup..... I will check... His intake tube is wide and long and less restrictive with cooler intake temps then the stock whipple.
