Here is more information. The EGR has low flow ( no back pressure, 4 psi at the DPFE sensor) so i doubt the cats are clogged. I have replaced the EGR system but the code keeps coming back. They said i need to clean the egr port in the throttle body (haven't found that port yet). I have been told that EGR has nothing to do with the gas mileage issue. When I bougth the car they had the wrong MAF sensor. The throttle body and egr intake ports were full of black carbon. That is why I changed my O2 sensors and MAF. I was told to look at replacing the coolant temperature sensor. I doubt the coil pack is bad. If it was bad or if I had bad injector flow it should be throughing codes (misfire). I have already run multiple cans of Seafoam through the tank.

I appreciate all the great input. Please keep it coming.
