Exhaust
Intake
Tuner
Pulleys
Suspension
Brakes - Cobra conversion brake kit
Super Charger - Connect when using, disconnect when not using?

I will stick with these mods since we all agreed on it and gas mileage will be the same as before, I hope . And do as said and add the super charger that can easily be disconnected?

Questions:
1. Just wanna know if were all on the same page. After all this is done, I just want to focus on detailing, but whats looks without power . Is what I said above what we all agreed on, xing out the other junk i thought of like #1's and 2?

2. Can the super charger really be disconnected/disabled and reconnected when I'm ready to use it?

3. I was looking at websites like the one below and I'm baffled. I honestly don't know which brand tuner, which type suspension, etc..
http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/mo...makemodel.html
Which site do I buy each of these parts from and what are the names of each part? I want to be able to just bring my debit card and start buying each one? So direct links to the exact part would be nice..

I'm currently living in the Bahamas so I can't be mistakingly buying the wrong part or brand like I'm back in the Florida.

4. How much horse power will I have after all of these mods?

Thanks allot!

No, the S/C isn't disconnected. S/Cs work like this (bear with me, this will be a long post).

OK, there are two types of S/Cs:

*) Roots based - roots based S/Cs can either be single or twin screw S/Cs. These S/Cs replace the upper intake manifold (and in some cases require an adaptor bracked, or special lower intake manifold). Examples of these S/Cs are the single screw M-90 (used on the old single port TBirds which can be adapted to 94-98s), the twin screw M-112 (used on the 03/04 Terminator Cobras, and can be adapted to the 99-04 Mustangs), and the twin screw Kenne Bell (which is a whipple S/C that produces massive loads of mid range power, not sure if a V6 adaptation was ever made).

Roots based S/Cs spool up between 1500 rpms and 4000 depending on the model. In, short, they're good at making great off the line power that last through 3rd gear, but you'll begin to experiance lag in higher gears. The Kenne Bell S/Cs aren't as badly effected, but they still lag out.

Spooling - then range/RPM in which an S/C makes power. Stay under this and the amount of air forced into the intake is minute (similar to stock) and doesn't affect MPG. Go above this and the S/Cs ability (or efficiency) begins to can out and you'll experiance a short bit of lag in higher gears, and just before shifting in the low gears.

*) Centrifugal S/Cs - centrifugal S/Cs mount off to the side of the engine and look similar to a turbo. They can force larger sums of air at any given PSI than a roots based S/C (making them more effecient), however they have a slight lag time in spooling as they start spooling at around 2000-2500 RPMs, but spool upwards of 5000 RPMs (which is the approx powerband for most stock/mildly moded cars). Vortech, Procharger, and Paxton are all examples of centrifugal based S/Cs.

Oh, and S/C usually adds between 9-11 hp per PSI. So a 9 psi S/C will add beween 81-99 rwhp (depends on S/C effeciency, timing effect on power, engine condition, and several other variables).

Tuners will net around 10 rwhp with a good tune.
Exhaust will net around another 10 rwhp.
CAIs can not be used with centrifugal based S/Cs, but can be used with roots based (but aren't very effective at adding hp). They'll add around 2-4 rwhp stock.

Just curious, where did those ranges come from?
Sixer M112 blower set ups are seeing 13 to 18 hp per psi (depending on rpm), and those are known for being parasitic.
